Justine is the founder and owner of Arrows. Previously studying a Bachelor of Sports Science and then transferring to study a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement) at the University of Western Australia, Justine was then accepted to into the Masters of Physiotherapy program at UWA. Justine sadly had to leave study due to personal life commitments and did not complete her university degree. However, three years ago Justine moved to Margaret River with her family and rediscovered her passion of helping people with body pains and aches. She started studying bodyworks again with the Diploma of Health Science (Remedial Massage) at Evolve College in August 2016.
Justine is a Certified Massage Cupping Practitioner (CMCP) and has undertaken numerous massage certifications including, Certificate IV in Remedial Massage, Swedish, Basic Massage, Massage Foundations, Level 1 Massage, Level 2 Massage, Trigger Point Theory NAT, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Sports, Pregnancy and Hot & Cold Stone Massage, Advanced Cupping NAT, M.R.T (Movement Release Techniques) and Chapmans Reflex Training.
Justine specialises in remedial massage treatments and is trained in testing and treating injuries, aiding in pain management and delivering the ultimate in client satisfaction. Justine loves looking at addressing the ‘whys’ of your pain problem, not just employing the band-aid, quick fix approach. Justine can assist in alleviating musculoskeletal pain, including headaches, back pain, hip or pelvic instability – practically anything muscle or nerve-related with stress as its origin as well as sports massage and pregnancy massage requirements.
Justine is a BLACKROLL Certified Trainer specialising in fascial release training and exercise programs and can assist you with with either 1:1 training or group fascial training classes.
Justine is also a mother to two young boys with Autism. Her personal passion about the benefit of massage to help with Sensory Processing Disorder and her sons ASD is evident in her compassion and understanding towards her clients needs. Justine loves nothing more than getting results for her clients, whether it be to relax and unwind or regain movement and decrease pain.
Justine is available for limited appointments at the moment with more appointments opening soon. Justine is currently available in the North Perth clinic on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
